We stayed at Louise’s place for the Hay Festival and were absolutely delighted with the property. It was amazingly close to Hay in Wye and yet like stepping into a completely different world. The views were stunning and it was so private and peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the festival. Louise suggested lots of local walks which we really enjoyed. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Our recent stay at Hafan was nothing short of idyllic! From the beautiful location to the incredible amenities I couldn’t recommend it higher. Louise is a courteous, welcoming, friendly host who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. There were little touches throughout the property that made our stay even better. A welcome note and biscuits, our names on the chalkboard, such small things that made a huge difference. The property itself is modern with rustic touches in keeping with the location. Sheep and cows are in the next fields so every morning you’re welcomed by the gentle sounds of nature. The space is very private, with a separate parking and garden space. I met Louise one morning as she was checking the hot tub and we had a little natter, she also sent over some recommendations ahead of our stay which were very helpful. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, idyllic stay you really couldn’t ask for anything better. We will absolutely be back!
